Mooiplaas Sauvignon Blanc

Bereits im Bouquet recht komplex: erst vegetale Noten grüner Erbsen, Johannisbeerblättern, dann auch Holunderblätter und Feuerstein. Öffnet sich anschließend exotisch mit Düften von Mango, Guave, Maracuja und Jackfruit. Im Mund frisch, mineralisch, voll, ausgeglichen und wärmend am Gaumen.

Already quite complex on the nose: first vegetal notes of green peas, blackcurrant leaves, then elderberry leaves and flint. Then opens exotically with flavours of mango, guava, passion fruit and jackfruit. Fresh, mineral, full, balanced and warming on the palate.
