Constantia Uitsig Ex Oppido Chardonnay

Er beeindruckt nicht nur durch seine schöne, sonnengelbe Farbe, sondern auch durch sein komplexes Bouquet, das fruchtige Aromen von grüner Melone, rotem Apfel und Zitronenschalen vereint. Er hat auch eine frische Mineralität und am Gaumen finden Sie Noten von gelben Sommerfrüchten, begleitet von subtilen Zitronennuancen und einem Hauch von grünen Äpfeln.
Er passt perfekt zu Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, insbesondere zu Muscheln in Zitronenbuttersauce.

Constantia Uitsig is one of the oldest wine-producers from the Costal region of South Africa's Cape Town and this Ex Oppido Chardonnay is a fabulous example of an unoaked Chardonnay.

It impresses with it's beautiful not only impresses with its beautiful colour of sunshine, but also with its complex bouquet, which combines fruity aromas of green melon, red apple and lemon zest. It also has fresh minerality and on the palate you'll find notes of yellow summer fruits, accompanied by subtle lemon nuances and a hint of green apples.
It pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes, especially mussels in lemon butter sauce.
