Domaine Allimant-Laugner Cremant Rose

Der Allimant-Laugner Crémant Brut rosé hat die gleiche Eleganz wie sein Brut-Pendant mit Noten von frischen roten Früchten in der Nase. Es handelt sich um eine Cuvée aus Pinot Noir mit einer Mazeration von einigen Stunden direkt auf der Presse, um ihm seine schöne lachsfarbene Farbe zu verleihen. Der Wein reift zwischen 12 und 18 Monaten auf der Hefe, um die charakteristischen Fruchtaromen des Pinot Noir zu entwickeln. Dies ist ein Brut mit weniger als 4 g/L Zucker, was ihn trocken, fruchtig und elegant macht. Wir lieben ihn als Aperitif oder zu gebackenem Lachs.

The Allimant-Laugner Crémant Brut rosé has the same elegance as its Brut counterpart with notes of fresh red fruit on the nose. It's a Cuvée made from Pinot Noir, with a maceration of a few hours directly on the press to give it its beautiful salmon-coloured colour. The wine is aged for between 12 and 18 months on the lees to develop the characteristic fruit aromas of pinot noir. This is a Brut with less than 4 g/L of sugar making it dry, fruity and elegant. We love it as aperitivo or with baked salmon.
