Vostilidi - auch Goustolidi genannt - ist eine hochwertig, lokale weiße Rebsorte aus Kefalonia. Sie ist reich an Tannin! Die Vinifizierung geschieht durch das Enrappen, Pressen und Gärung mit ausgewählten Hefen bei niedriger Temperatur, Filterung und Abfüllung.
Der Wein besitzt eine goldgrüne Farbe und hat beeindruckende fruchtige Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, Grapefruit und reifen tropischen Früchten, angenehme Säure, langer und erfrischender Nachgeschmack.
| Vostilidi - also called Goustolidi - is a high-quality, local white grape variety from Kefalonia. It is rich in tannin! Vinification is carried out by derapping, pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperature, filtering and bottling. The wine has a golden green color and has impressive fruity aromas of citrus, grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits, pleasant acidity, long and refreshing aftertaste. |
