A bold Cabernet Sauvignon from Mooiplaas, matured for 24 months in French oak (25% new). It shows deep colour and aromas of blackcurrant, spice and a touch of cedar. Firm tannins and a structured palate promise an evolving character, youthfully reserved now, with excellent potential to gain refinement and depth over the years.
