 Crafted in the old-world tradition, natural yeast fermentation, basket pressing, and no filtration.
This 50/50 Chenin Blanc–Verdelho blend shines with melon, peach, and spicy orange blossom on the nose. Full-bodied and richly layered on the palate, with fresh acidity and a nutty, lingering finish. Built to age for 4–6 years.

Named Chain Breaker to capture the winemaker’s free-spirited philosophy: breaking conventions, but not the wine.
